Neves Solicitors are strengthening their expert Private Client Team with the appointment of Sharlean Gilheaney, who will be based at the Luton office.

A new death certification process will come into effect in England & Wales on 9th September 2024. The death certification system in England and Wales is overdue for reform – it has remained largely unchanged for 50 years.  

This is a question we're asked a lot. We think a lot of people incorrectly assume that if they’re married or in a civil partnership and they die without a Will, the survivor of them automatically inherits everything.
