Sharlean Gilheaney joins the Neves Private Client team

Neves Solicitors are strengthening their expert Private Client Team with the appointment of Sharlean Gilheaney, who will be based at the Luton office.

Sharlean is a Chartered Legal Executive who specialises in Private Client matters. Sharlean has built up expertise in a number of areas, including:

• Probate and Estate Administration Services of taxable and non-taxable Estates
• Applications for Grant of Probate/ Grant of Letters of Administration
• Powers of Attorney and Capacity Issues
• Registration and advice on Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Elderly Client Matters
• Preparation of Wills for individuals, married couples and unmarried couples
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Care Fee Funding
