Neves strengthen their Family team
Neves Solicitors has expanded their Family Law team with the appointment of Tina Shah.
Tina Shah joins the Family Law team as an Associate Solicitor, working with Partner and Head of Divorce and Family Law, Beth Woodward.
After training at a top regional law firm and qualifying in 2010, Tina moved to a firm in Buckingham as head of their Family Department before joining Neves.
Tina is a member of Resolution and holds a Specialist Accreditation in Private Children Law and ToLATA (cohabitation) matters. She is also a trained collaborative lawyer and member of the Milton Keynes group of collaborative lawyers. Whilst Tina's work is largely focused on financial settlements arising from relationship breakdowns and child-related issues, she has experience in all areas of family law, including but not limited to, assisting grandparents with their grandchildren through special guardianship orders and child arrangements, acting for clients with assets abroad such as in India and Europe, or those with family farms and businesses. She has also dealt with child relocation cases and complex cases dealing with narcissistic individuals.
Tina comments "I am delighted to be joining Neves’ leading Family Law Department. I bring with me over a decade of family law experience, I pride myself on providing clients with pragmatic solutions to issues at what is often a very difficult time in their lives. I am keen to continue to build on the department’s strong reputation and deliver excellent service to both new and existing clients."
Stewart Matthews, Joint Managing Partner and Head of Company Commercial Law welcomes Tina “I am very pleased to welcome Tina to Neves. I believe Tina will prove invaluable to the clients that we assist and support, strengthening and developing our already very experienced and dynamic team of family lawyers across all three of our offices in Harpenden, Luton and Milton Keynes."
Tina has quickly settled into the Neves team and has shown very early on that she shares our ethos. We are very excited to have her on board”.
